The short version
- Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days.
- Delivery options, costs and estimated arrival dates are shown at checkout, calculated for your specific address.
- You get a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.
- All prices and shipping costs are in Canadian dollars (CAD).
Processing time
Processing is the time between you placing the order and the parcel leaving us. For in-stock items that is normally 1 to 2 business days. Orders placed on a weekend or a public holiday start processing the next business day.
Delivery time
Delivery time depends on where you are and which shipping option you choose. Rather than quote you an average that may not apply to your address, we show you the real options and their estimated arrival dates at checkout, before you pay.
Tracking your order
When your parcel ships you will get an email with a tracking number and a live tracking link. You can also see it any time by signing in to your account and opening the order.
Our Track Your Order page walks through both routes, explains what each carrier status means, and tells you when a quiet tracking page is normal and when it is worth chasing.
If it has been more than 3 business days since you ordered and no shipping email has arrived, check your spam folder first, then contact us and we will look it up.
Orders that ship in more than one parcel
If you order several items they may travel separately. You will get a shipping email with its own tracking number for each parcel, and your account page lists every shipment against the same order number.
Wrong address
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you notice a mistake, contact us immediately — if the order has not shipped yet we can usually fix it. Once a parcel has shipped to an incorrect address supplied at checkout, we cannot recall it.
