Worth knowing before you buy

Listings like this are often sold as "GPS trackers". They are not. There is no GPS chip and no SIM inside — this is Bluetooth, with a useful range of roughly 10 to 50 m depending on walls. It is excellent for finding keys in a house and useless for locating a dog that has run a kilometre. If you need true GPS on a pet, this is not that product.
